Overview. Needham Baseball & Softball provides an opportunity for the girls to continue to play during the summer. One or two teams at each age level will be formed - depending on the level of interest. Our teams will be playing surrounding towns as part of a multiple town league.
Season. The season runs from July through August.
Player expectations. The girls who play summer ball will be playing travel softball rules. They will get exposed to players from other towns and may play in a tournament or two. The level of play will be determined by the girls who sign up. There are A, B, and C levels of play at each age level.
Teams. 10U, 12U, 14U, and 18U
Cost: $TBD/player (plus the cost of a uniform if needed)
Registration. Registration begins January 1st and closes on June 15th. We cannot promise a spot on a team after June 1st.
